Michael Martin is the Gate Supervisor and Police Receptionist for Aquia Harbour, where they have been proudly serving since 2024. A Stafford local born and raised, Michael moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to attend Johnson & Wales University. There, they earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Coming from a law enforcement family—their father having been a police officer throughout their life—Michael has always valued service, integrity, and community. They began their career at Aquia Harbour as a part-time gate staff member and, through hard work and dedication, worked their way up to Supervisor.

Beyond their professional role, Michael is actively expanding their skills by learning both sign language and Spanish, reflecting their commitment to communication and inclusivity. With deep roots in Stafford and a strong connection to public service, they bring professionalism, care, and leadership to their role every day.
