Virginia Code 2.2-3700 guarantees citizens of the Commonwealth and representatives of the media access to public records held by public bodies, public officials, and public employees.  This portal will help you communicate with the Aquia Harbour Police Department about what documents you need.  We will work to process your request and make a response to you in a timely manner consistent with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
